Awarded with the European Beer Star gold medal and the World Beer Cup silver medal, the Weiherer Rauch pours in amber clarity and impresses particularly with its subtle spicy smoked notes. Although the smoky character can be easily detected by smelling the beer, it only fully develops when drinking it. Its body features a restrained maltiness supported by subtle hop bitterness. The slightly smoky flavor lingers even after the beer is gone. A beer that convinces not only connoisseurs of smoked beer.

Since 2020, we have been brewing in our new, energy-efficient and innovative 60 hl 5-vessel brewhouse (1 hl = 100 liters) from Kaspar Schulz, Bamberg. Alongside master brewer Roland Kundmüller, our brewers take careful care of Weiher beer every day. And that is also necessary: Because brewing is a complex process.
