At the end of January, we once again hosted a beer culinary event here in Weiher – and it was a complete success. It was delicious! The atmosphere was fantastic, too! And our Andi and Fabian guided us wonderfully through the program. Each of the four courses was paired with a matching beer, and we shared a bit about food pairing and the art of brewing. We would like to say THANK YOU to our amazing kitchen team, our service staff, and to Andi and Fabian! We also want to thank our guests for the spontaneous and entertaining brass music performance. It was a truly successful evening, and we’re already looking forward to next year.
