We are overjoyed and deeply grateful! Yesterday, our Meli – on behalf of our two managing directors Roland and Oswald – had the honor of receiving a very special award: The Chamber of Crafts Upper Franconia has honored us with the 2025 Future Award in the category “Energy-Efficient & Sustainable Craftsmanship.”
The festive award ceremony took place at Rosenau Castle in the Old Orangery in Rödental, and we are incredibly proud of this recognition. This award acknowledges our commitment to the value of “sustainability” – whether through the construction of our new brewhouse, which allows us to save 40% energy, the acquisition of a central cooling system that significantly reduces water consumption, or through sourcing raw materials regionally, building several photovoltaic systems, and much more.
Energy efficiency and sustainability are not just words for us but lived values that will continue to guide us in our investments and daily actions in the future.
