European Beer Star 2025 – and once again, we're among the winners! We're incredibly proud because the European Beer Star remains one of the most important and authentic beer competitions in the world for us. SILVER for our Weiherer Rolator – a Doppelbock that fits perfectly into the current bock beer season.
The award ceremony took place on Wednesday, September 10, during drinktec – the world’s largest beverage trade fair – in Munich. Afterwards, we celebrated at the "Night of the Winners."

By the way, the Rolator was originally a birthday present from the team to our brewmaster Roland for his 50th birthday. Secretly, the team brewed a pale, naturally cloudy Doppelbock. The name is a pun – a mix of the first name "Roland" and the typical "-ator" suffix used for strong beers.
