Introducing: Our new apprentice Valentin, who has been part of our beer family since September 1, 2025. He is in his first year of training to become a brewer and maltster. Valentin is 15 years old and comes from Lauter. Last year, he spent a week with us as an intern. He enjoyed it so much that he decided to pursue this profession. In the photo, you can see him with our brewery manager Roland and our brewer Gabro. We are thrilled to have Valentin join us and wish him a great start with us. A very warm welcome, Valentin!
